I wish I could tell you but I dont know what cam Southern Automotive used. Bill Parham recommended this specific cam. I am in process of receiving my build sheet. I will let you know when I get it. I can say it is a solid lifter and the lash is set at 26 hot. It has a nasty idle and come on xtremely strong.
