I can understand making a mistake entering the price wrong. E-Bay has a similiar feature to re-track your bid, on good faith if you entered the wrong number.
I recently sold my house, at a VERY fair below market price. The buyer and myself agreed on the price and shook hands. We were BOTH happy. THEN the next day the buyers freakin' real estate agent starts jerking my chain and wanting an even lower price!!!! I was shocked! Eventually we did the deal at the originally agreed on price. BUT by the time we had finished the paperwork, it TOTALLY sucked ALL the "joy" out of the deal.
I had been feeling good I could offer this nice lady my house at a great price and she really appreciated it. In the end, I didn't care if the stupid house burned down one day after she moved in!!!
The older I get the less it has to do with "money" and the more it has to do with something I can "feel good about it". Whats that worth??
