All of the examples above are made by honorable folks, both buyers and sellers. They are also good examples (All of Them) of ads written in such a way to confuse the prospective buyer when showing up to buy something. Add to this mix the buyers expectations and what you have is confusion. This is very common and largely the rule folks, and I stress the "honorable" again. Reason #1 of 2 million.
