So the question is if this becomes law how are they going to verify the 12K/year.

Also Michael, Grey Davis did not author this bill and though Davis is far from the best Gov. we've had, the alternative's (Riordon or Simon) were no better and a lot of the issue's we now face in this state are the result of previous So. Cal administrations and crooked energy companies.............
