I like it, too. I can't take credit for it, as I am the third owner. It was a ballsy move for the original owner to sink that much into one. He took a bath when he sold it. ( I hope he enjoyed it)! The second owner took a lesser shower, as I probably would right now, if I sold it. From what I hear, it is more a continuation car with a 4000 serial number- a new style Shelby frame with a original style unaligned aluminum body- warts and all. I sure would like to have a brake upgrade, though! (Can you say "run away horses"!!) I have heard that a Kimmins continuation car was used to splash the mold for the fiberglass 4000 cars. Is this true, can you confirm or rebutt that? Just curious. If I did want to get different brakes, what would you recommend, and how much $??
