Default Cobra towing with mid-size v8 SUV ???

Looking for any first-hand feedback from members who might happen to tow their Cobra behind one of the latest Mid-Size V8 sport utility vehicles; if any of you out there are doing this?.

Plan to utilize a light-weight, open, dual axle trailer too. I will go with a Yukon/Tahoe size if it's absolutely necessary, but prefer the mid-size v8 types. Say... trips 300 miles or less, mild grades, minimum load and passengers, just getting the car from point A to point B safely and reliably.

Specifically referring to mid-size SUVs like...

-Dodge Durango, v8
-Toyota Sequoia (mid/large) v8
-Mercedes 430 v8
-Explorer v8
-new 4Runner v8
Others to consider?

Responses on?:
-capability?
-quality?
-reliability?
-value?
-other comments?
-would you go mid-size SUV/v8 again?

Your feedback is appreciated.
