It does indeed loomk like you have a Pace Car hardtop on your hands.
As for value, that will depend on it's originality, rust, interior condition, exterior condition, originality and condition of the drivetrain and everything else about the car. Mileage will play a minor factor in the value equation, however, the originality of the car, coupled with any and all documentation on it will be the deciding factor as to what it can, and will sell for in the current collector marketplace.............
