Can someone shed some light on the issue of tires for 427SC Cobras? My SPF 1649 should be in within the next couple of weeks and I need to make a decision as to what tires to use. Originally I am planning on black only Yokohamas 255 front and 295 rear. (not sure of these although I have heard some good things about them)

I have seen some cobras with GoodYear's large white-letters which look cool. Does anybody know where can you get these large white lettered GoodYear tires? Are these period correct?

Any help will be appreciated.
