What I don't understand is, how can KMP and SAI be selling new cars like hot cakes, when a new KMP goes unsold at $71K and an SAI with no waiting is only reaching $90k. I guess they claim things are going great guns, but it seems like a disconnect to me. Kind of like when internet commerce stocks were going through the roof, but prices of REIT's that specialize in strip mall shopping centers were still strong. Unless society starts buying everything in duplicate, somethings got to give eventually....
