I believe the term “counterfeit” best applies to Shelby’s "continuation" cars, and not to the general replica industry, of which SAI is now a player in.
Out of all the companies out there copying the Cobra, SAI is the only one who tried to represent their product as something that it's not.
And before y'all start flamming me, let me make sure I'm clear here. I'm refering to the continuation car fraud, not the CSX4000 series. Even Shelby refers to this product as a "kit" which, of course, it is.
