Question Oil out of the sidepipes and bellhousing?

Recently took delivery of a beautiful, new Cobra with a a 427 center oiler.
It is leaking oil OR tranny fluid from the bellhousing and what looks like the rear gearbox. It is leaking enough that my driveway and garage are pretty well stained and wherever I go it leaves a mark.
My question is;
Should I expect some fluid loss in a car like this or is even a little unacceptable?
Also, the pipes are spitting out oil..., is this normal for a high performance big block??
My limited experience says no.

P.S. The Tranny is a David Kee and the engine was built by a pretty reputable, 3rd party builder.
