David, Do you have the old headers? I'm sure they can be repaired if you do. Since the Excaliber was almost an exact copy of the Classic Roadsters Cobra I'm sure those headers would be the same unless your car is equipped with the catalytic converters and the crossover system. Those headers were much shorter. Either way new ones can be made.
