Did not mean to be so vague.

It is an EM with drum brakes in rear and discs in front
3.25 Curry rear end with Compmotive knock offs.

The lever pulls up with the same amount of resistance that most any other brake lever has...not too easy , not too hard.
When in use it provides enough resistance to keep someone from manually pushing it on level ground but on anything but level ground and it starts rolling.
