FWIW, take Davids advice - use a Lakewood. Also keep in mind that the Lakewood must be modified (cut on the bottom a little) to fit the FIA. In most cars the flywheel/clutch rotation plane is ahead of you - if it blows there is not much risk of injury. In a cobra it is set very far back.

Peter, a.k.a. "the pied piper of cash" can sort it out for you. I overshot my budget for a Cobra by a "little" too.

DarkHorse has a 5 bolt adapter that may work.
