Question Parts Found in Oil Filter - What are they?

Hi Bob,

Check out this thread: Parts Found in Oil Filter - What are they? I think the parts are probably the pressure bypass spring and ball from the oil pump. I don't think it's from the oil cooler adapter because I don't think the ones you supply with your kits have a spring and ball. By the way, after more closely inspecting my drain pan, I found a small concave disk. Apparently the disk that was supposed to hold the spring and ball bearing in place. In any case, can you confirm whether or not the remote oil cooler adapter you supply has any kind of check valve in it?

Chris
