Not sure what I could help you with.

The gear drive was custom built.

The gilmer drive was available as a kit for a time. No more though I believe some folks in the two upper corners of the US have some stockpiled.

The chain drive cammer was at John Vermeersh's shop in Mt. Clemons Michigan (Total Performance). He would be your best source for info on cammers.
