the Excalibur-Header problem is just beeing discussed in the "Excalibur Owners please reply" thread. My headers do leak also, it already affects the electronic motor management.
Could you tell me the details(Manufa./Serial No.) of the fitting headers you found, I could try to find them over here. (5l/302)
