Hi Sean,
Sorry for the confusion, I should have said all stock 351W engines had 9.5 deck heights. THe Superformance headers were built assuming most customers would utilize the stock 9.5 deck.
The FRPP race blocks are offered as you stated. 9.2 also happens to be the original stock deck height for the 351 Cleveland.
