The amf years nearly destroyed Harley, severe dependability issues that still last today in some people eyes, the old "buy a harley ,buy the best ride a mile and walk the rest"I have had 3 90's model Harleys and over 100,000 miles and no problems at all, and I and my wife want another one, we had alot of fun going to various bike runs, I think the Curt Scott article and the donor concept may have hurt FFR for awhile and by donor I mean complete donor parts, but there are some really nice FFR'S out there, Russ Thompsons comes to mind, maybe if this does come about even I can someday have an alloy car

unless the lottery comes my way there are no Kirkhams in my future!!
