Default Edley...I wouldn't count on the accuracy too much...
...but if you reverse the "25 Rule" it comes out sorta like this:

1. An 8.15 comes out to be a 205 tire, metrically

2. A 9.90=a 245

3. An 11.90=a 295

I think this will work---better call Fixit or Andy Dunn or someone who is more knowledgeable...
