Glass windwings no problem here in the UK Turk, let me know if I should have some extra hand luggage when I come over for the 'fling.

As to using alcohol to remove the protective sheets adhesive from plastic windwings - that would be OK on Acrylic (perspex) ones, but could well ruin Polycarbonate (plexi) units, since this material is notoriously susceptible to solvents (is why you should not paint or even polish polycarbonate crash helmets).
