Hawk, Do you have the radiator hoop that is cut off in the center or full square? You do need brackets to hold the upper portion of the radiator if you have the full hoop. If you have the half hoop then you need upper and lower brackets.

You will need an in-line filler for the radiator. The cap on the radiator will be under the body. Use a larger lb cap for the radiator, that way if it boils over it will do it at the in-line filler.

You do need a ground from the engine to the frame. A flat braided ground strap will work fine. You can pick those up at any parts store. Otherwise use a Ford starter cable. Make sure you ground all wires stamped 190 to the engine or the frame. Those wires will have eyelet connectors on them. Also run a ground from the dash harness to the cowl bar.
