foam insulating tape with the peel off adhesive cover on one side. Then apply it to your frame rails and cross members and any other frame item that might come in contact with your body. The tape comes in various widths and thickness and can be purchased at a home supply store, like Home Depot.

Here's a photo of my frame before body install showing the foam insulating tape on the frame rails.
