I've used Fed Ex for more than 20 years with only one minor problem in that entire period. I think Fed Ex Ground is great also, seems like pretty cheap way to ship big stuff. I get plenty of stuff thru UPS also, especically around the holidays. I really don't have any complaints; except we haven't seen any more pix of FF 2nd cousin
