John,

I went with Haggerty. Have your friend get quotes. My daily driver is with USAA, which is directly related to American Collectors. Haggerty gave me the best quote, with an agreed value, and replacement cost. Just make sure he has several digital photos of the GT350 to forward in after he settles with his choice.
