While not still in business, the Contemporary Classic car's were regarded as one of the most authentic outwardly
replica's made. I bought mine last year and would (and have) changed some of the chasis after logging miles on it and preparing it for more aggressive driving. The body is to me superior in strenght and thickness to anything I have seen - then again I haven't seen a whole lot. Should you purchase one there are still knowledgable professionals who can help technically as well as parts replacement for the cars. Best luck in whatever you choose!
