Thanks guys for the kind words. I only wish I could figure out how to post higher quality pics because the pics really don't do it justice. The color is dark bowling green metallic from 2001 corvette. Depending on the the angle the light hits it, it looks almost black. I can't wait to see it outside.
Ron - a classic ERA- that is something to strive for. I guess I have 25 more years to go and I am looking forward to every mile along the way
TP- I looked for your car while I was there, but didn't see it. I did not get to check the other buildings though- it may have been in one of those or on the way to the painter?
The only 289 I saw was anti-venom's- which is coming along nicely by the way.
As for the motor, I am going with a 428 single quad with a turkey pan. Motor is sitting in my garage waiting for its new home to come home
JW, I couldn't bring myself to have them install the motor- I have to do
something . I wound up having ERA do more than I originally planned simply because I want to actually drive it this summer and I don't have a lot of time to work on it these days.
