Taters,
I have a Ford Racing RDI alum 427 in my SPF and love it. It is the best of everything as far a performance goes. Not Cheap Though!!! The BIG Question is what are you going to use the car for? When I ordered mine, serious track time was not an issue. Now it is, and I am really glad that I have what I have. Plenty of torque and less weight than the old CI FE blocks. If you're going to just show it and want originality, go the FE route. Where are you located?
