Well enough suspense, Woodard is correct as John Russell's SPF was used for the Cobra image by the T-shirt artist. I would probably be the only one to know the star. The star is the geographic location of the T-shirt shop in Nacodoches, Texas where the my son Scott was at Stephen F. Austin University - partying his way through college. He has since repented and moved on.
