i have used the 6 1/2 inch Canton/Mecca
oil filter on several cars, i have used the screw on one, you have the AN adaptor one, but the inner filter is the same.
They are very high flow, high filtration filters. While it is no doubt a pain to have to jack the car to change the filter, i have to do this on all my cars, (excepting my modified Superformance's system), and besides, it is a good time to get under your car and check it all out.
