Hello Cobra Dude,
Unique Motor Cars
Tremec TKO
Jag rear with 3:54 gears.
Edelbrock Aluminum Heads
Performer RPM Intake
780 cfm Holley Street Avenger
66 427 Center Oiler, 428 crank, pistons, rings, connecting rods etc. from George Anderson at Gessford machine (All new Contemporary Componenets). Middle of the road cam for torque and not horsepower, the stroker gives you the low end torque as opposed to the standard 427...I have the engine redlined with a 6000 RPM chip in the MSD6-AL.
Drives great in all venues here in NorCal, twisties, freeways, cruises along the ocean etc. comfortable and not over powering. The overall nature of the car is a cruiser and comfortable with the obvious benefit of extreme performance on call at all time in any gear with 15-16 mpg fuel economy. My wife drove the car comfortably and was confident enough to go with a girlfriend and cruise the local towns and enjoy the looks two women in a Cobra get.
BTW the transmission, rear wheel/tire size and rearend gearing significantly impact the overall nature of the car.
Pictures in my gallery....
