cobra-dude Hi I have a Novi 2000 on my ERA cobra. Had to make brackets from scratch. Lets start with the basics. Alum heads are great. Size of motor, cam? How much power you are looking for? Fuel injection? You didn't say who replica car you have? If you are running 1 blower you would go with a Novi 2000. It will make more boost and not overheat the air as badly as the small ones. You will need a blowoff valve, A 1/2" fuel line with electric pump or 2 for supply. Which side of the car you can mount it on. I tryed the right side to balance the weight but ended on the left side. Oil supply and return lines, tap out of the sender with a tee off and find a place for a return linein the pan. Intercooler or water injection? MSD retard box. What drive you want, Vee belt or clog drive. My hood is stock but only have a 1/2" of space. Exhaust system, is it open pipes or mufflers like glass packs?? Exhaust can cost you 30-50 horsepower if it is not free flowing but the motor still needs a little back pressure to get the most performance out, 1-11/2 pound pressure at 5000 rpm. You don't need a large cam to get 500-600 hp, this is about all the cobra will take without being a b*tch to drive. Send the info and we will talk. It was a pain in the *ss but worth the problems Rick Lake
