Depends on what do you mean by "power". If it's high end power the answer is a four barrel hands down, assuming that you don't have to go around corners fast. If it's about the street or in some cases road racing the nod goes to the IDA's cool looks. Forget about the webbers tuning problems. Once they are set up they will generally stay put, unless you change your engine setup. And there in lies the problems with webbers. It's hard to leave these hot rods alone now isn't it? Guys change engine setups like I change my socks. BTW- in case you haven't noticed, a good webber setup costs a wee bit more to.
