Most engines these days need to have PCV.
If the engine is fresh, you will burn
oil for a short while. The
oil you are getting on the valve covers is
oil blow-by.
Put a gromet in one of the openings with a baffle behind it and plug a PCV Vavle in it. Run a hose from the valve to the vac. inlet at the base of the carb. Adjust carb.
