I have a Superformance car, and in the manual they make a point of stating that the quick jacks are for decoration only. They also state that was the case for the cars originally sold to the public. I can only assume that means the race cars had a much stronger connection to the frame for the jacks then the street cars or the one I have. I have no plans to try and lift my car by the jacks to find out.
