Guys, at the risk of appearing sacrilegious, what difficulties would one encounter attempting to fit a Chevy BB into a JBL?

Thanks in advance for your time and advice!
I do not think that a BBC will fit. The BBC is just as big as a BBF and a BBF will not fit.

However, a SBC will fit. Sacrilegious indeed!!!! But they seem to make pretty good motors.

Please note: Dave has been after me for at least a year to design a BB chassis. (He has a big collection of BB stuff and wants to put a Alloy Boss 429 in his personal car.)

I have been resisting this insanity quite strongly as I just cannot think of how to build a structure around this lump.

Now, I could make the engine a stressed member and just hang everything off the nose of the engine like current race cars. But it would be costly and somewhat complex as the engine is not designed for this application.
