...if the photo's negative hasn't been reversed.....I'd say it's a Bwitish caw--aw mebbe one fwum the cawunnies! (Time to duck and cover---wait it's 2 a.m. in Bwittun, I'm safe from broadsides from the HMS Wilf!) BTW, was Awthah, King of the Bwittuns related to the Wilfman of London? Inquiring minds wanna knnow!
