Mike,
I am sorry to hear about your problems first with Holley, and now with Carter.
Maybe Carter started followng on Hooley's steps and started contracting their manufacturing of the pumps to China, or Taiwan or some place like that.
Next time or even this time, why not do what I did? Go mechanical and electric both?
