Default 428 Slow crank at operating temp??

Hi all this has been covered but not in a situation the same as my problem. ( yes I did a search)

My car starts like a charm and shuts off cleanly.

But when its hot and up to temp ( 190F) if I shut it off then go to start it immediately its a real slow crank as though the battery is dying.
I thought it may be starter heat soak so I taped up my starter with that ceramic/fibre glass cloth tape ( good to 1000F) and that made no change. ( fibre frac)
I have two good frame grounds in large welding cable. I used this heavy cable for pos. and neg runs in the car.
Motor to frame is grounded with a cable and battery neg to frame immediately at trunk where battery sits is the second cable.

Lastly if this is a timing issue, why is it not a problem with cold starting? It starts in the first crank??
Too much advance should be trouble either hot or cold?? No?

Thanks

Tim
