Guys, this is just FYI... a buddy of mine registered his car at his parent's house in Blairsville(to lower the advolorem tax) and he lost the Homestead Exemption on his house in Dekalb County.
This was back in the late '80's, so I don't know if this would affect anything now. I haven't spoken to him in a few years, so I can't get the details. Again, just FYI.
