Both ends of your upper links are mounted in single shear. If you don't know what that means, do some more research. It is not good for such a critical component.

Using rod ends on both ends of the upper links, when they are used in the dreaded "V"ee configuration, will cause binding of your axle as it travels. This configuration requires the top links to change slightly in length as they swing. A soft rubber joint is better if you want the car to handle (if drag racing is all you want to do the rod ends will be fine). The result on handling will be a sudden snap oversteer (spin) when you hit the limit of suspension bind verses tire grip.
