Default New to site, want opinion on motor build

Well I'm new to this site and don't own a cobra, YET. Plans for near future for an FFR. I found this site and really like the input. With that out of the way I wanted some opinions on building a 302 for twin turbocharging? My plans are to use AFR 185 or 205 heads and a nitrous/blower cam. I want the power to come in a little later so all the tq doesn't overcome the car, something similar to a jap crotch rocket effect. What are your opinions on hydraulic rollers vs. mechanical rollers? I read that mechanical rollers aren't a problem anymore and that is what all the cars with DOHC use today. The car will be street strip driven reguarly and I want to be able to rev to 7000rpms but make power somewhere from 2200 -6200rpms. Also HV oil pump or not for this type of motor? Let me know what you think?

Thanks for your input and listening to someone without a car yet.
