Thumbs up Concorso d'Eleganza

I picked up the latest copy of Unique Cars (An Aussies exotic car trater mag). I was browsing through the pages and there was an article about the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este in lake Como, Italy. There on the page was a drop dead gorgeos car, a silver Maserati A6GCS from 1953. Very Cobra'esque in it's styling but a cool looking low roofed coupe.

There is a web page on the event here Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este

I did a bit of a search and found a bit more info on them. A really neat looking car in my opinion.

There is more detail on a this Maserati web page Maserati

Another car that was in the article that I thought was pretty cool was the 1939 Deutsch Bonnet DB2

Cheers
