Thats some really nice workmanship!
My only comment/question is about how you are now forcing all of the air that enters the nose to flow through the radiator. While this will be good for cooling, I just wonder about a pressure buildup in the cowl at high speed, forcing some air to spill out of the cowl. What that will do to handling, you may even feel some buffeting on the windshield when this starts to happen.
All the cowl shrouds I have seen leave an opening somewhere to let excess air bypass the radiator. Don't know if its right, just an observation.
