Hey Dave,
Ikinda thought the same thing, take it out on the road and the thing fills full of air and blows up like a ballon. I was worried that the Radiator could not handle the air flow capacity of the nose shroud. It is hard to see from the pictures, but there is 3/4 of an inch on the bottom, and sides to allow the air to escape, I do not like to run the car up to speed on the highway, but last night I did test it at 140 and it seemed to handle good, very solid up front. My friend has a FFR, and his is sheetmetal also, but it does not seal the air intake like the one that I made. Time will tell if it will work, or I need to make mods to the design............ Our first track day is October 4th-5th, so the proof will be in the pudding...
Have a good one,
Brian
