Ron if you insist on a local builder, I too would recommend FE Specialties or (Specialists).
If you want to travel a little further I would recommend George Anderson of Gessford Machine. he is building my third engine for me. No, he is NOT rebuilding it for the third time. It is the third engine.

He has also completed quite a few engines for others in here.
Different than many others, there has not been a single incident where he did anything short of a perfect engine.
He knows what he is doing, he is very generous with his time and knowledge and he is fellow Cobra owner as well.
That was very important to me in my selection of an engine builder.
he loves the car the engines are going into. Not a hobby but he has a car just like you and me.
