You started this thread, so I say YOU call a go/no go by 8:00PM Friday night, based upon the Saturday forecast.....

Well since I will have a top this time (no Cobra) I am not the best person to decide. If I was in the Cobra I would go if the forecast said 30 % chance of rain in the afternoon, any higher or earlier and I would question my sanity (which most people do all of the time).

I agree with the 8:00 pm go no go Charlie suggested.
