Roscoe,

I used sealant on head bolts you're refering to. I am using a weiand stealth Intake, and Ford GT-40X Heads,.... None of the bolts run through the water jackets. Both the heads & intake use 6 bolts on either side, instead of the 8 like normal 351W set-up.

I have AGAIN removed the intake.... Looks like I am getting a wave (almost a crease) in the gasket on the Drivers side Front....... at the front water passage/#5 intake hole.......
Don't know why this is happening. I am torquing the intake bolts to 17lbs. and using the RED sealant around the water passages (behind & on face of gaskets). The 2nd time I also used copper spray the help adhear the gasket to the head to prevent slippage..... I can't figure it out.. the Passangers side has been fine BOTH times !!!! *?*?*

Also I am not using the regular 351W gaskets.... they are not tall enough for the intake ports on the heads.

Any body Know for certain what gaskets I should be using?? .....this must be the problem.
