this issue is still open at this time. in reference to the reason i paid in full i can only relay the SAI contractual agreement that states that the vehicle must be paid in full 2 weeks before the vehicle was delivered. my dealer informed me that the vehicle WOULD be delivered in 2 weeks, payment was made Dec. 2, 2002...........
