JLW, I use the MSD system and have had great luck with it. I can only think of 1 failure in the last 12 years. I use the MSD distributor, coil and a 6AL box. The wiring is a very easy hook up. Battery power, ignition, tach. The MSD 6AL comes with direct hookup wires for the coil and distributor. I don't have a good picture of the right side but this should give you an idea of how I wire them.
